Starting in 2012 …. Supper Club!
Membership is free (just contact us through the web-site or via e-mail for details) and gets you 10% off your bill and first option on Supper Club events. These nights consist of a la Carte menus designed and created in house for only £20 per head with 10% discount to Supper Club members.
Our first event was a ‘Burns Night’ Supper on January 25th followed in February by our sold out Valentines Meal.
Our next event falls on March 31st and is an Italian Night. We are taking bookings now. See menu below.

If you have something to celebrate then the team at the Miners are here to help! We love throwing a party! Our function room is available, normally free of charge, especially if you decide to book one of our tailored hot or cold buffets.
We can seat around 55 people for a waitress service meal or simply supply a self-service buffet for you to ejoy at your leisure over a game of skittles or with a band or disco.
Most venues will set a per-head price but we prefer to discuss your event with you personally. Quite often you will need less than you think, a table of delicious finger food, (prawn purses, mini pasties, canapees, mini patisserie selection, freshly baked scones with jam and cream etc!) will do the trick for a reasonable price.
For that special treat we can supply a chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallow kebabs (aprox £65 depending on numbers).
We can host everything from weddings, divorce parties, ladies nights, family dinners, birthday parties, skittles parties, church groups, school groups, conferences, meetings and training sessions among others.
Wakes are handled with sensitivity and care.
We can decorate for you, book entertainment, supply balloons – whatever you need we can event manage for you in a professional way utilising Mario and Karens many years of experience in the
hospitality industry, leaving you free to participate in your event trouble free!
Our newly built patio or our garden are also available (the garden can hold a marquee big enough for 200 – 300 guests).
