Forest Folk Club

The Forest’s only Folk and Acoustic club has its home at the Miners Arms. Artists enjoy playing in the Carriage Room on stage where there are great acoustics. All are welcome to join a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Folk club meet on the first and third Sundays in each month. Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8.00pm start.

There is a full line-up of entertainment and the club welcomes floor spots, as they especially want to encourage new acts to our “singers’ nights”, where they can be assured of an attentive and appreciative audience.

All acoustic music, contemporary or traditional, is welcomed. Go to the folk clubs own website at www.forestfolkclub.com for more details.

Weekly events will be shown on the Miners events board on this site and at the pub as well as advertised in the Review newspaper.
