The Miners Holiday Cottage
The Miners Cottage is a beautiful converted stable set within the grounds of the Miners Arms. Whitecroft is an ideal village located within the forest with many cycle and walking tracks starting only a stones throw from the cottage.
It is furnished to a high standard. You can take advantage of fantastic views of the forest from the balcony off the upstairs lounge. A fully equipped farmhouse kitchen leads through to a drying/utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. To the rear is a large secluded terrace where, after a days walking or cycling, you can relax in your very own hot tub. There is a BBQ for your use and secure storage for canoes or bikes.
The cottage sleeps 2-4. The master bedroom is a double with en-suite bath and double shower, the other bedroom is a single with separate shower. In the lounge the sofa opens to a double bed. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, gas oven and hob plus microwave and a full range of kitchen equipment.
In the lounge there is a wide screen TV with ‘freeview’ channels. There is also a DVD/Video player with a range of DVDs and videos. Smoking is allowed outside and well behaved pets are welcome.
The cottage can be accessed after 3pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am when you leave. Keys are available from the pub. Heating, hot water, all linen and towels are included in the tariff.

Summer 2008 (May 24th to Sept. 5th) £379 per week
Autumn 2008 (Sept.6th to Nov. 28th) £295 per week
Winter 2008/09 (Nov. 29th to Feb. 13th) £254 per week
Spring 2009 (Feb. 14th to May 22nd) £315 per week
